Perm 6.9

Perm 6.9 is a permanent with pH 6.9 (acidic), so is gentle on the hair fibre and the hair structure.  It is suitable for natural, coloured, streaked, porous and sensitised hair. It is free of ammonia and thioglycolic acid. The formula is rich in collagen, arginine and hyaluronic acid.
